We will send you your recording by email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. There will also be a copy saved in “My Portal”.
We would really urge you to listen at least once a day for 21 days. You cannot overdo it as each time you listen to your recording you will be laying down new, positive neural pathways.
After the initial 21 days you will find that your brain will connect the positive subconscious messaging that you have been listening to, to the therapeutic aromas in the balm. Eventually you will just be able to use the balm on its own to access these positive thoughts and feelings.
We use the best plant-based ingredients that we can source, and nothing is ever tested on animals.
Absolutely. There are no animal products contained in This Balm™. Simply good, healthy plant-based ingredients.
Our packaging is currently recyclable glass, and our lids are Bakelite. We are currently researching aluminium lids so that our packaging is 100% recyclable.
Yes, we use recyclable labels, boxes, leaflets, and inner packaging.
Once you receive your balm and recording you need to use these in conjunction with each other. Find a nice comfortable place that you can relax and apply a small amount of This Balm™ to the palms of your hands. Rub together so that the balm warms up and releases its aroma. Now turn on your recording and follow the instructions. Don’t worry as you will receive a video and written instructions straight into your inbox when you order This Balm™. Your balm and recording are made individually, just for you. We will look through your consultation form and decide on the best ingredients and messaging in your recording to help you in the best way we can. Each and every balm and recording is made individually by real humans and this takes some time. We want to get it right for you, not rush it to you. We know that in these times of “instant gratification” 7-10 days seems like a long time to wait but we are an anti-algorithm company....you are a real person and we are real people listening to your needs.
